Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal expires early
For services — this includes access to the paid NextStitch functions — your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract (§ 356 para. 4 German Civil Code, BGB).
For digital content supplied on a non-physical medium — for example an individually purchased catalogue design made available for download — your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with confirmation of that agreement (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
Where such consent is required, we will obtain it explicitly during the ordering process. Without your consent, the full withdrawal period applies.

Business customers
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. If you conclude the contract in the course of your commercial or self-employed professional activity, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
